Background Solitary oral mucosal xanthogranuloma, previously termed juvenile is exceedingly rare in adults. Extracutaneous lesions are similarly rarely seen; and the condition generally affects infants children.Methods This case report documents only second occurrence of an adult xanthogranuloma on palatal mucosa.
